Abstract:
The present invention controls devices on the basis of the trajectory of a target object generated on the basis of high-speed image data that is different from low-speed image data for display. An imaging element captures images of the target object and generates frames of image data arranged in chronological order. A binarization processing unit performs binarization processing on each frame and generates binary frames. A tracking processing unit generates differences between chronologically adjacent binary frames and tracks changes in the position of the target object included in the binary frames. A moment generation unit calculates the moments of the binary frames. A center-of-gravity position generation unit generates the center-of-gravity position for the target object included in the binary frames. A trajectory generation unit predicts and generates the trajectory for the target object. A control signal supply unit supplies a control signal to the control-target device on the basis of the trajectory for the target object.
