Abstract:
The image sensor is capable of reducing the influence of a fluctuation in voltage supplied to the image sensor on an output signal output by the image sensor. The image sensor has: a pixel circuit having a first light-receiving element and a first transistor, wherein the gate terminal of the first transistor is connected to the first light-receiving element, a first terminal of the first transistor is connected to a first power supply line, and a first output signal based on power generated by the first light-receiving element is output to a first output terminal via the first transistor; and a compensation circuit having a second transistor, wherein a first terminal of the second transistor is connected to the first power supply line, and a second output signal based on a voltage supplied to the first power supply line is output to a second output terminal via the second transistor so that the first output signal output from the first output terminal is compensated by the pixel circuit on the basis of the second output signal.
