Abstract:
The purpose of the invention is to achieve image signal processing which can improve the color display of image signals converted from YCrCb 4:2:2 to YCrCb 4:2:0. The image signal processing device (500) is provided with: a buffer (520) for holding YCrCb 4:2:2 image signals inputted by an image signal input unit (510); a frame and line identification unit (530) which determines, on the basis of frame and line information for YCrCb 4:2:2 image signals inputted by the image signal input unit (510), whether the line that these inputted YCrCb 4:2:2 image signals correspond to is the first or second line of a pair of adjacent lines; and a Cr and Cb data correction unit (540). When the frame and line identification (530) determines that the line is the second line, the Cr and Cb data correction unit (540) reads from the buffer (520) the YCrCb 4:2:2 image signals for each pixel on the first line at the same horizontal positions as the horizontal positions of the pixels on the second line, and corrects the Cr and Cb data of the YCrCb 4 :2:2 image signals for the pixels of at least the first line of the pair of lines constituted by the first and second lines, on the basis of the Cr and Cb data of the inputted YCrCb 4:2:2 image signals for the pixels on the second line.
