The present application provides an image synchronization method and device, and a server. The method comprises: receiving an image backup request sent by a first terminal which logs in to a cloud account, the image backup request carrying a first image to be backed up; obtaining digest information of the first image according to the image backup request, the digest information being used for describing the first image; determining whether the digest information is synchronized to a second terminal which logs in to the cloud account; and if the digest information is not synchronized to the second terminal, synchronizing the digest information to the second terminal.
