Abstract:
An image taking apparatus not giving adverse affect to an image, being easy to assemble, having less number of parts, and having excellent shock resistance, and a lens apparatus used for the image-taking apparatus are provided. A lens apparatus has a lens group (2) where plural lenses are integrally arranged, and light-adjusting means (5) for adjusting the amount of incoming light, provided in front of the lens group (2). The light-adjusting means (5) adjusts the amount of incoming light by a light-reducing portion (4) that places a light-reducing filer in front of the lens group (2) or removes the filter from in front of the lens group (2). Further, the light-adjusting means (5) has an optical shutter portion (3).
