Abstract:
An image transfer system (9) according to the present invention is provided with: a terminal apparatus (91) that transmits, in content mode, content data stored therein, and transmits, in mirroring mode, image data indicating images displayed on a screen; and a playback apparatus (92) that receives and stores data transmitted from the terminal apparatus (91), and, when the amount of data stored therein reaches a set amount of data, starts displaying images on a display apparatus (93) on the basis of the data stored therein. Upon receiving an input that is the trigger to switch to the content mode, the terminal apparatus (91) transmits, to the playback apparatus (92), setting instruction information that issues an instruction to set a first amount of data as a data-amount setting, and upon receiving an input that is the trigger to switch to the mirroring mode, the terminal apparatus (91) transmits, to the playback apparatus (92), setting instruction information that issues an instruction to set a second amount of data that is smaller than the first capacity as the data-amount setting.
