Abstract:
An image transmission method and device provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the field of image transmission technology, and can solve the problem of exceedingly high transmission pressure due to an exceedingly large code stream caused by too many escape colors. The specific technical solution is: when a current image frame is an I frame, recognizing the type of a target macro block in the image frame, the type comprising a text macro block and a picture macro block; and when the target macro block is a text macro block, encoding data of the target macro block except escape colors and transmitting same, the data except escape colors comprising a base color, an index map, an index value and a macro block state table, the macro block state table being used for representing whether data of macro blocks at the same position of different frames changes.
