Abstract:
An aspect of an imaging analysis device according to the present invention is provided with: an analysis execution unit (1) which executes an analysis by means of a prescribed analysis technique for each of a plurality of measurement points set in a measurement area on a sample, and collects imaging data; a reference image acquisition unit (2) which acquires a reference image for the measurement area; a regression analysis execution unit (36) which, with respect to imaging data and a reference image obtained from the same sample, acquires a regression model by executing a prescribed regression analysis calculation by taking the imaging data as an explanatory variable and data forming the reference image as an objective variable; and a prediction image construction unit (37) which constructs a prediction image based on a pseudo regression analysis result by applying, to the regression model, imaging data obtained by the analysis execution unit with respect to a sample that is different from the sample used when the regression analysis was executed.
