Abstract:
An illumination device 110 emits a reference light S1 including at least one standard pattern I0 having a uniform intensity distribution, and a plurality of random patterns I1-IM which have a random intensity distribution and a known space-averaged intensity. A computational processing device 130 utilizes a standard detection intensity b0, which is the detection intensity b0 obtained when the reference light S1 is the standard pattern I0, to calculate a detection intensity average value which is the average of a plurality of detection intensities b0-bM obtained when the reference light S1 is the plurality of random patterns I1-IM.
