Abstract:
An imaging apparatus according to the present disclosure is capable of recording beam-of-light information configured from a direction in which light advances and the intensity in the advancing direction, wherein the imaging apparatus is provided with a main lens, an imaging element, a microlens arranged between the main lens and the imaging element, a dirt detection unit for detecting a dirty area in the vicinity of the main lens on the basis of the inclination of a straight line on an epipolar plane image in which pixels on the imaging element are separated with respect to a plurality of partial openings present in the main lens and arranged in the parallax direction, and a dirt removal unit for reconfiguring the dirty area by using the pixels in other than those the dirty area.
