Abstract:
This imaging device is provided with an imaging unit for imaging an image, a luminance acquiring unit, and an exposure control unit. The luminance acquiring unit derives the luminance of a minimum luminance area or of a maximum luminance area in an imaged area imaged by the imaging unit. The exposure control unit controls the exposure of the imaging unit on the basis of the luminance derived by the luminance acquiring unit.
