Abstract:
An imaging device according to the present disclosure comprises: a first pixel circuit having a first light-receiving circuit capable of generating a first pixel signal corresponding to an amount of received light, a first comparator capable of generating a first comparison signal by comparing the first pixel signal and a first reference signal having a ramp waveform, a first control circuit capable of generating a first comparison output signal by turning on and off the output of the first comparison signal on the basis of a first control signal, and a first latch circuit capable of latching a time code on the basis of a transition of the first comparison output signal; and a generation circuit capable of generating the first control signal.
