Abstract:
When the kernel estimation unit (222) in the disclosed image processing device estimates a blur kernel on the basis of a reduced, degraded image having a first resolution, the estimation is performed on the basis of the initial value of a blur kernel having a resolution corresponding to the first resolution. Thereafter, when estimating a blur kernel on the basis of a reduced, degraded image having a second resolution that is higher than the first resolution, the estimation is performed on the basis of the initial value of a blur kernel having a resolution that corresponds to the second resolution. A kernel expansion unit (223) generates the initial value (S22) of a blur kernel having an increased resolution by means of extracting (S16) characteristic points of the blur kernel received from the kernel estimation unit (222), and joining (S20) new characteristic points obtained by expanding/converting (S18) the coordinates of the characteristic points.
