Abstract:
The present disclosure is related to an imaging device, an information processing method, and a program that make it possible to control imaging performed by another party. According to the present disclosure, signature metadata, that includes user identification information and imaging device identification information which is identification information for an imaging device, as well as an electronic signature, that includes a hash value of an imaged image generated by imaging a subject, are associated with said imaged image. Additionally, imaging is controlled on the basis of license information that is information pertaining to a license and that includes the imaging device identification information which is identification information for an imaging device, the user identification information, and an imaging parameter which is a parameter related to imaging. The present disclosure can be applied to, for example, image processing devices, information processing devices, imaging devices, electronic equipment, information processing methods, and programs.
