Abstract:
Provided are an imaging device and a laminate which are not readily visible from the outside, with which it is possible to easily add designability, and which capture clear images. The present invention has an imaging unit equipped with an imaging element and a transmissive reflective film for reflecting a portion of incident light, the transmissive reflective film being disposed on the side of the imaging element of the imaging unit on which light is incident. The transmissive reflective film has at least one of a cholesteric liquid crystal layer and a polymeric multilayer film. The L*, in a CIE-Lab (D50) chromaticity system, of a peripheral region around the imaging unit is less than or equal to 50 when viewed from a direction perpendicular to a surface of the imaging element on which light is incident. The transmissive reflective film is disposed so as to cover at least the imaging unit and the peripheral region when viewed from the direction perpendicular to the surface of the imaging element on which light is incident.
