Abstract:
The present invention provides: an imaging device which is capable of properly supporting a photographer at the time of focusing; an imaging device main body; and a focusing control method of the imaging device. The present invention is provided with an image sensor moving and driving unit (220) which moves an image sensor (210) along an optical axis (L), and traces a subject by moving the image sensor (210) within a movable range. In addition, the present invention is further provided with: a focusing operation detection unit (250b) which detects a focusing operation on the subject; and a movable range switching unit (205c) which switches the movable range of the image sensor (210). The movable range switching unit (250c) enlarges the movable range of the image sensor (210), when the focusing operation is detected by the focusing operation detection unit (250b).
