Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an imaging device, an imaging method, and a program with which it is possible to easily ascertain the relationship between a moving image and a still image extracted from frames of the moving image. An imaging device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: an imaging unit for capturing a moving image; a still-image file generation unit for extracting a first frame from a plurality of frames that constitute the moving image and generating a still-image file; a moving-image file generation unit for dividing the moving image in conjunction with the generation of the still-image file and generating a plurality of moving-image files; and a storage unit for storing the still-image file in association with a first moving-image file, from among the plurality of moving-image files, that includes the first frame.
