Abstract:
A controller (5) evaluates each pixel value outputted by a CCD (3). According to the evaluation, the exposure time specified by a shutter (2) comprising, e. g., a DMD (digital micromirror device) of the light-receiving surface of the CCD (3) is determined for each pixel to image an object. As a result, even if the object is of high contrast, the details of the image is not impaired.
