Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to obtain, by a simple configuration, a tomographic image that has good image quality and is not affected by image noise due to reflection by a container wall surface. An FD-OCT imaging device for performing tomographic imaging of an imaging object accommodated in a container having a light-transmitting wall part, wherein, when the focal depth is set so that the distance D from a first surface Sa on an imaging object side among surfaces of the wall part to a focal point FP of an object optical system is less than half the thickness T of the wall part, the distance from a second surface Sb on a reverse side from the imaging object among the surfaces of the wall part to a reference standard plane Sr, which is a plane perpendicular to the optical path of illumination light and at which the optical path length of the illumination light to the plane is equal to the optical path length of a reference light, is set to a value equal to the thickness T of the wall part.
