Abstract:
The imaging device is provided with: multiple analog-digital conversion units for carrying out parallel processing of pixel signals which are output in units of multiple pixel rows from a pixel array unit comprising pixels including a photoelectric conversion part, and converting the pixel signals into digital signals; multiple reference voltage generation units provided so as to correspond to the multiple analog-digital conversion units and serving to generate reference voltages used for the AD conversion; a voltage setting unit for setting multiple pixel voltage levels for an output through the multiple analog-digital conversion units; and an arithmetic unit for calculating correction amounts for correcting the results of the AD conversion of the signals from the pixels of the pixel array unit. The arithmetic unit calculates the correction amounts on the basis of the results of the multiple analog-digital conversion units AD converting the multiple pixel voltage levels.
