Abstract:
This disclosure relates to an imaging device and a signal processing device which make it possible to expand the range of application of the imaging device. This imaging device is provided with: an imaging element which is provided with one or more pixel output units that each receive incident light from a subject incident without passing through either an imaging lens or a pinhole, and output one detection signal indicating an output pixel value modulated by the incident angle of the incident light, and outputs a detection signal set including one or more of the detection signals; and a communication unit which transmits, to a communication device by wireless communication, the detection signal set and imaging data including position/posture data indicating position and/or posture. This disclosure is applicable, for example, to a monitoring system.
