Abstract:
In the present invention, an imaging unit (3) captures images of a subject onto which infrared light is being projected by an infrared projector (9). The imaging unit (3) generates imaging signals. A determining unit (78) determines the relationship between the amount of visible light and the amount of infrared light in the surrounding environment. A control unit (7) controls an imaging device in accordance with the relationship, as determined by the determining unit (78), between the amount of visible light and the amount of infrared light in the surrounding environment.
