Title:
IMAGING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2007/083545
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
An imaging device having a camera-shake correction function which does not perform
erroneous camera-shake correction because of a front curtain shock. A shutter
selecting section (625) judges the camera mode as a camera-shake correcting
mode if the following four conditions are met: the camera-shake correction switch
(313) is on; a tripod sensor (185S) is not installed on the tripod; a camera-shake
sensor (171) is sensing the amount of camera shake more than a predetermined value;
the shutter speed is slower than a predetermined value, selects an electronic
focal plane shutter is a front curtain, and gives an operation instruction signal
to an electronic focal plane shutter control section (627). In cases not satisfying
the four conditions, the shutter selecting section (625) judges the camera mode
as not the camera-shake correcting mode, selects a mechanical focal plane shutter
as a front curtain, and gives an operation instruction signal to a shutter drive
control section (73A).
