Title:
IMAGING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/149687
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is an imaging device with which detection of the angle of incidence of a light beam passing through a lattice substrate is simplified, whereby increased functionality of the imaging device can be achieved. The purpose is achieved with an imaging device characterized by being provided with: an image sensor for converting an optical image that is taken into a plurality of pixels arranged in an array shape on an imaging surface into an image signal, and outputting said image signal; a modulator provided to a light-receiving surface of the image sensor, the modulator modulating the intensity of light; an image storage unit for temporarily storing an image signal outputted from the image sensor; and a signal processing unit for performing an image process on the image signal outputted from the image storage unit, the imaging device being configured such that the modulator has a first lattice pattern configured from a plurality of concentric circles, and the signal processing unit modulates the image signal outputted from the image storage unit by a virtual second lattice pattern configured from a plurality of concentric circles, thereby generating a moire fringe image, and changes the size of the concentric circles of the second lattice pattern in accordance with the focus position.
