Abstract:
Provided is an imaging device comprising: a base on which an imaging unit is mounted; a lens barrel that holds a lens; a shield plate that covers the periphery of the base; a case that is arranged to cover the lens barrel, the base, and the shield plate; and a joint that joins the base to other members and is electrically connected to a ground potential. The shield plate is configured to include an abutting contact part that contacts with the other members so as to regulate movement in the direction of an optical axis and a bias part that contacts with the joint so as to receive a bias force in the direction of the optical axis.
