Abstract:
An imaging device according to one embodiment of the present technique is provided with a substrate, a base unit, a lens holding unit, and a first bonding material. An imaging element is mounted on the substrate. The base unit is connected to the substrate, while having a first surface part that is arranged so as to face the substrate. The lens holding unit has a second surface part, which is arranged at a distance from the first surface part, and holds a lens unit that forms an image of incident light. The first bonding material is filled into the space between the first surface part and the second surface part, thereby connecting the base unit and the lens holding unit with each other.
