Abstract:
An imaging device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure has: a first semiconductor substrate (100) which is provided with a photoelectric conversion element, a floating diffusion for temporarily holding electric charge outputted from the photoelectric conversion element, and a transfer transistor for transferring the electric charge outputted by the photoelectric conversion element to the floating diffusion; and a second semiconductor substrate (200) which is provided on the first semiconductor substrate (100) with a first interlayer insulation film therebetween and which is provided with a reading circuit part for reading the electric charge held by the floating diffusion and outputting a pixel signal.
