Abstract:
This imaging device is provided with: an imaging unit that captures an image of an object; an irradiation unit that irradiates the object; a sensor that monitors the temperature of an optical unit including the imaging unit and/or the irradiation unit; a heater that heats the optical unit; and a control unit that performs control for adjusting the activation degree of the heater such that the temperature detected by the sensor approaches a target temperature. The control unit has a mask function of making the activation degree of the heater while the irradiation is performed lower than the activation degree of the heater while the irradiation is not performed.
