Abstract:
An imaging element has a generating unit comprising: pixels for generating a pixel signal based on incident light; a first input unit into which the pixel signal is input; a second input unit into which a first reference signal for which the voltage changes is input; and an output unit for outputting an output signal generated on the basis of the pixel signal and the first reference signal. The generating unit is provided with a first capacitor disposed between the first input unit and the output unit, a second capacitor disposed between the second input unit and the output unit, and a third capacitor connected to one of the first capacitor and the second capacitor.
