Abstract:
This technology relates to an imaging element which enables deterioration of image quality to be prevented, and an electronic device.
Connections of a plurality of current sources to an output terminal that outputs a reference signal the level of which changes are selectable, and a plurality of termination resistors are connected to the output terminal. The termination resistor through which a current from the current source connected to the output terminal is passed is selected by a plurality of switches, and a current from the current source not connected to the output terminal flows through the switch. This technology is applicable, for example, to an imaging element that performs AD conversion using a reference signal.
