Abstract:
Provided are an imaging element, an endoscope, and a control device that, even when an error has occurred in data, can prevent the loss of the data for an entire frame. This imaging element comprises: a transmission/reception unit that, in a time-divided manner, transmits transmission data during a first period and receives reception data during a second period, said transmission data including at least a second signal, and said reception data being inputted from an external unit and including a configuration signal and a clock recovery symbol that has a clock edge for detecting the transition timing of data; and a first generation unit that generates a first clock signal, said first clock signal having been synchronized with the clock edge included in the reception data, wherein the transmission/reception unit transmits and receives the transmission data and the reception data in a time-divided manner by switching between the first period and the second period for each line.
