Abstract:
[Problem] To obtain a small-form-factor imaging lens. [Solution] This imaging lens comprises a first lens group (G1), a diaphragm (St), and a second lens group (G2), in that order from the object side. The first lens group (G1) comprises up to three lenses, including at least one negative lens and one positive lens. The second lens group (G2) comprises a 21st lens group (G21) and a 22nd lens group (G22), in that order from the object side. The 21st lens group (G21) comprises up to three lenses and has positive refractive power. The 22nd lens group (G22) comprises two lenses, a negative lens and a positive lens, in that order from the object side. The distance (TL) along the optical axis from the object-side-most lens surface of the entire system to the image plane, the maximum image height (Y), the distance (Σd) along the optical axis from the object-side-most lens surface of the first lens group (G1) to the image-side-most lens surface of the second lens group (G2), and the focal length (f) of the entire system satisfy prescribed conditions.
