Abstract:
The imaging module according to an embodiment is provided with an electric cable, an imaging unit, and a wiring substrate. The electric cable has a plurality of wires. The imaging unit has an imaging surface that crosses the axial direction of a leading end of the electric cable. The wiring substrate electrically connects the imaging unit and the electric cable. The wiring substrate has flexibility. The wiring substrate has a plurality of extension portions extending from at least three locations of a connection region with the imaging unit. In each of the extension portions, at least one wiring pad to which at least one of the plurality of wires of the electric cable is connected is provided.
