Abstract:

An imaging module (100) having: a lens unit (10) having a lens group (12); and an imaging element unit (20) fixed to the lens unit (10) and having an imaging element (27) that captures a photographic subject via the lens group (12). The lens unit (10) has a lens drive device (16) and a flexible substrate (13) including a wiring group (13a) electrically connected to the lens drive device (16). The imaging element unit (20) has a wiring connection unit (24) electrically connected to the wiring group (13a) included in the flexible substrate (13). The flexible substrate (13) has a section having a width in a direction that each wiring in the wiring group (13a) lines up that is narrower than the width in an end section on the side connected to the wiring connection unit (24).
