Abstract:
An imaging sensor and an imaging module, wherein said imaging sensor comprises: a substrate (100); a plurality of pixel units (110), which are located on said substrate (100) and which are used for acquiring an optical signal which carries imaging information and converting said optical signal into an electrical pixel signal, said pixel units (110) being arranged in an array for use in forming a pixel array (110m); a plurality of bias voltage pseudo-pixel units (120), which are located at the periphery of said pixel array (110m), which are connected to said pixel units (110) and which are used for providing a bias voltage to said pixel units (110); at least one touch pseudo-pixel unit (130), which is located at a side of a bias voltage pseudo-pixel unit (120), which is far from said pixel units (110), and which is used for forming a capacitive structure so as to sense touch, creating an electrical touch signal. Chromatic aberration between said bias voltage pseudo-pixel units (120), said touch pseudo-pixel unit (130) and the pixel units (110) may thus be effectively reduced, being beneficial in improving a formed imaging sensor appearance.
