Title:
IMAGING SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/034075
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To enable a fluorescence image corresponding to a fluorescent material being used to be formed in a more suitable mode, even in a situation where a plurality of types of fluorescent materials are selectively used. [Solution] Provided is an imaging system that comprises: a light source device that irradiates light containing wavelength band components of at least some excitation wavelengths onto each of the plurality of types of fluorescent materials including a first fluorescent material that emits fluorescence belonging to a near infrared wavelength band and a second fluorescent material that emits fluorescence belonging to a visible wavelength band; an optical system unit; and an imaging device. The imaging device comprises: a branching optical system that includes a dichroic film; a first imaging element that images light belonging to the near infrared wavelength band that has been separated by the dichroic film; and a second imaging element that images at least a portion of light belonging to the visible wavelength band that has been separated by the dichroic film. A fluorescence image of fluorescence emitted by the first fluorescent material is formed by the first imaging element, and a fluorescence image of fluorescence emitted by the second fluorescent material is formed by the second imaging element.
