Abstract:
An imitation-stone machine for manufacturing a double-layer imitation stone brick, and a method for manufacturing a double-layer imitation stone brick. When making the brick, firstly, a surface material required for a top face of the imitation stone brick is unloaded into a mold cavity (201) from a surface material distribution vehicle, a surface material pressing head (22) is lowered to pre-compact the surface material to form a surface material layer of the top face; secondly, a surface material barrier plate (21) is lowered and inserted in the mold cavity (201) to divide the mold cavity (201) into two cavities; thirdly, a surface material required for a side face of the imitation stone brick is unloaded into one of the cavities from the surface material distribution vehicle (43) to form a surface material layer of the side face; a base material is unloaded into the other cavity from a base material distribution vehicle (33) to form a base material layer; and then, the surface material barrier plate (21) is withdrawn, a mold (20) is moved to an imitation-stone-brick forming machine (1), and the base material and the surface material in the mold cavity (201) are primarily compacted, using a mold pressing head (11), to form the imitation stone brick. The surface material of the top face of the imitation stone brick is firstly distributed, the surface material barrier plate (21) is inserted in the mold cavity (201), and then the base material and the surface material of the side face are distributed; and the surface material barrier plate (21) can prevent the surface material layer of the side face from being impacted during the distribution of the base material, thereby protecting the surface material layer of the side face, and improving the production quality of the imitation stone brick.
