Abstract:
Provided is an immersion apparatus of rice cooking equipment that comprises: an immersion vessel transfer means for circulating and transferring a plurality of immersion vessels; and a rice grain and immersion water supply unit and a rice grain and immersion water discharge unit which are arranged along a circulation transfer path of the immersion vessels. The immersion vessel transfer means is driven to transfer the immersion vessels, and thereby rice grains and immersion water are supplied into each immersion vessel in the rice grain and immersion water supply unit and the rice grains and immersion water after immersion are discharged from each immersion vessel in the rice grain and immersion water discharge unit.
