Abstract:

Disclosed are an immune agonist and a composition thereof, and the use of same in the preparation of a hepatitis B vaccine and a preparation method for the composition. The composition has a stronger immune activation effect than the original HBsAg antigen, and can inactivate and eliminate cells infected with hepatitis B virus, and has dual functions of prevention and treatment.
