Abstract:
The present invention relates to an immunoassay, which can enhance the concentration of a reactor or an antibody and thereby control the hook effect, and which provides convenience and a significantly reduced analysis time in comparison to the conventional immunoassays. The immunoassay according to the present invention allows the concentration of a reacting receptor or antibody to increase relatively per unit volume, thereby providing the ease of one-step analysis, along with a significantly reduced analysis time, while further enhancing the reaction sensitivity.
