Abstract:
The present invention provides an immunochromatographic test strip capable of changing color for indication and a use method thereof. The immunochromatographic test strip comprises a bottom plate and a sample pad, a combination pad, a reaction membrane and an absorbent pad which are connected in sequence in the chromatographic direction on the bottom plate. A test line is provided on the reaction membrane, and a quality control line is not provided. The absorbent pad changes color when a test sample liquid arrives. The immunochromatographic test strip capable of changing color for indication has high specificity and low cost.
