Abstract:
Disclosed is an immunochromatography detection apparatus, comprising a test strip and a detection apparatus. The test strip comprises a multi-layer porous membrane and a support piece, wherein the support piece is a material with a transmittance of 10% or less in a wavelength less than 450nm and a transmittance of 90% or more in a wavelength greater than 500nm. A detector comprises an excitation light source, a detection area for placing the test strip and an optical detector, wherein the excitation light source and the optical detector are respectively located at two sides of the detection area. The detection apparatus uses a transmission method, and the optical detector can capture fluorescence signals on the surface and the interior of a multi-layer porous membrane, which makes a detection result more accurate.
