Abstract:
Provided is an immunogenic composition which comprises a self-assembled peptide as an adjuvant and can increase the immunogenicity of various antigens. The present invention provides an immunogenic composition comprising a peptide hydrogel containing a positively or negatively charged self-assembled peptide and an aqueous medium and an antigen, wherein the self-assembled peptide is not covalently bonded to the antigen.
