Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/022759
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides an antibody-binding protein having improved culture productivity in a genetic recombinant. The present invention relates to a protein that comprises two or more amino acid sequences derived from the E, D, A, B, or C domains of the protein A indicated in SED ID Nos. 1-5, that is obtained by substituting an amino acid residue corresponding to position 4 and/or position 7 of the C domain of an amino acid sequence derived from the domain furthest to the N-terminal side with an amino acid residue other than Arg, and in which the culture productivity in a genetic recombinant is improved compared to prior to the aforementioned substitution.
