Title:
IMMUNOGLOBULIN-BINDING PEPTIDE WITH IMPROVED STABILITY
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/180204
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a novel modified protein G which is capable of binding to immunoglobulin and shows a high chemical stability against an alkali solution; an affinity separation matrix comprising the modified protein G as a ligand; and a method for producing an antibody or antibody fragment using the affinity separation matrix. The immunoglobulin-binding peptide according to the present invention is characterized by comprising an amino acid sequence derived by specifically mutating an amino acid sequence which exhaustively contains amino acid residues common to antibody-binding domains derived from wild type SpG.
