Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of immunoglobulin separation and purification, and in particular, to an immunoglobulin-binding protein and an application thereof. The immunoglobulin-binding protein is obtained by splicing some fragments of D-, C-, and Z-domain of staphylococcal protein A, and can be used for affinity chromatography of immunoglobulin.
