Abstract:
A purpose of the present invention is to provide a peptide that has a high chemical stability to alkalis, etc. Another purpose of the present invention is to provide: a DNA encoding the aforesaid peptide; a vector containing the DNA; and a transformant transformed by the vector. These problems are solved by using, as an affinity ligand, a peptide obtained by introducing a mutation into an appropriate site of an immunoglobulin G-binding peptide.
