Abstract:
An impact absorbing device, comprising at least one short cylindrical first portion and at least one short cylindrical second portion stackingly disposed on the first portion concentrical to each other. The connection portions of the first portion and the second portion comprise portions tilted relative to the concentrical axis thereof. Thus, an impact energy produced in the collision accidents of vehicles such as automobiles and rolling stocks and dropping accidents of lift apparatuses such as elevators can be absorbed by the impact absorbing device.
