Abstract:
A bracket which suspends a steering column from the vehicle body is configured from a first plate fixed to the vehicle body, a second plate flexed from the rear edge of the first plate vertically downwards of the vehicle body, a third plate flexed from the lower edge of the second plate rearwards and vertically upwards of the vehicle body, a fourth plate flexed from the top edge of the third plate vertically downwards of the vehicle body, a first flexing part between the first plate and the second plate, a second flexing part between the second plate and the third plate, and a third flexing part between the third plate and the fourth plate. The fourth plate is orthogonal to the axial direction of the steering column, the angle of the first flexing part is obtuse, and the angles of the second flexing part and the third flexing part are acute.
