Abstract:
The invention relates to an impact anchor (10) comprising a base part (12) with an orifice (18), which runs in a longitudinal direction and has a conically tapered section (20) and an expansion body (26) that lies in said orifice (18) and which can be driven into the tapered section (20) of the orifice (18), thus expanding the anchor base part (12) securing it in a bore that is not illustrated. To improve the anchorage, the anchor base part (12) consists of a polygon (hexagon) that is rotated about its imaginary axis and has helical edges (14), which are forced into the wall of the bore (10) when the impact anchor is driven in and expanded.
